This is the third novel in The Strike Agent Chronicles and is set a year after the events of book 2 “Fire Burner”. Originally, I planned to have each novel serve as a standalone story, meaning you could read any book in any order, and you could still enjoy the story. But I always knew there was going to be a two-parter and when this story came along I had a feeling this was the perfect time to do it.
Over the last couple of months I've been working on a complete re-write of the first novel in the series, “Rebel Accord”, as I feel a lot more can be added to it to make it a great first instalment in the series. Originally “Rebel Accord” was designed as a prequel novel to my original “Time Trilogy” but as time went on I’ve realised it needs to stand on its own rather than as a novel where the reader will have prior knowledge to the characters and events depicted.
Also today you’ll be able to buy both “Rebel Accord” and “Fire Burner” on paperback for the first time! Originally I was going to release the first four novels in one omnibus edition, but with the re-write of “Rebel Accord” I felt it would be perfect to release each book individually on paperback as well as Kindle. Historically my paperbacks haven’t sold well and are an expensive endeavour but there’s something special about having a physical copy of your book as opposed to having it on a Kindle.
The new version of “Rebel Accord” is also available on Kindle, and if you’ve previously purchased the Kindle version you just need to update the book on your “Manage Your Content and Devices” Amazon page to get this completely new story!
